The Challenge
Off-the-shelf LED strips were the wrong width, wrong pitch, and lacked mounting holes for the enclosure. Custom dimensions and individually addressable pixels required.
The Solution
Custom PCB strips with dual rows of WS2812B-compatible addressable LEDs. White solder mask for maximum light reflection off the board surface. The mounting hole pattern matches the enclosure exactly, so the strips drop in without adapter brackets. A buffer IC maintains data signal integrity along the strip.
Results
Clean installation: the strips fit the enclosure exactly because they were designed for it.
